My husband and I recently dined at Walter's on our vacation to Colorado Springs. The restaurant was recommended to us by the concierge at our hotel and he did not steer us wrong. I was surprised when we pulled up to Walter's current location. It had been recommended by the concierge at the Broadmoor. It look like a reconstructed Houlihans. The bigger surprise was the food. It was fabulous. We had an excellent meal. I rate it in the top three restaurants I have ever eaten in. It was that good! My daughter... more

Walters is moving to a new location. His Bistro has been our favorite place to eat in town. I understand he will be focusing on deserts for people who want to drop by for coffee or drinks. Great food and service. more
