We had dinner at Margarita at Pine Creek on Friday evening, 6/20/09. The restaurant is quaint, different, unique and fun. It is in an odd location of what used to be the middle of nowhere, but now there are some hotels nearby. The restaurant is still surrounded by a lot of open land. We sat outside and the tables outside... more

I am a single woman visiting Colorado Springs for the first time on business and thought I'd die if I faced another chain restaurant. I searched and found Margarita and was SOO Happy to find real people, atotally original architecture with cozy nooks and beautiful outside dining, and delicious food. Prix fixe a very reasonable price, too. It was a... more

Myself , and two daughters arrived for lunch to celebrate my daughters birthday. The place is quaint, and since we were locals were much anticipating a marvelous time. We all ordered different lunch entrees, fixed price $11.00 each. We settled on all you can eat soup and salad, one chicken sesame salad and one fish taco plate. The beef soup was... more

We were staying at the Embassy Suites right next door to this restaurant. I was thinking Mexican cuisine because of the name. Not so, it is named for the Margarita daisy. We had a wonderful 3 course meal and they even accomodated our 8 year old. The patio outside has more bar food and a movie during the summer but... more

Best Chef in town. Best outside dining in town. I have no idea which coast the negative reviewers are from. I just had the best appetizer and dessert I've ever had. My wife said she was glad we went there and not the Broadmoor. I suppose if you want something more formal there are better options. more

We've been going to the Margarita now for years. We love eating their delicious, from scratch, dinners and the service is always splendid. Every Friday evening during the summer, the restaurant transforms into an outdoor movie theatre on the patio with spectacular hamburgers and other food. This past summer, I chose the Margarita's patio for the site of both my... more

Went to Margarita at Pine Creek last evening for dinner with my wife and I and one other couple. Overall I'd say it was a okay experience but not worth the price. The restaurant is situated in northern Colorado Springs right off of the interstate. However, it was a little difficult to find exactly how to get there but we... more

Great food for the price. Best deal in town, but wow, the restuarant needs a makeover. Good food is what's important, but when you're stuck eating on a tabletop that is made of broken glass and glitter and who knows what else, well it just clashes with the beauty on your plate. That darn handmade table (you know which one... more

Having spent 3 weeks traveling in the S.W. dining at the finest in each area, this was a very refreshing and unpretentious experience. The menu is price fixed at $35.00 pp, and offers choices of creative/well prepared dishes, including choices of appetizers, salads, entree, deserts, etc, 5 courses in all. It was by far the least expensive meal for the fine chef... more

Went to Margarita at Pine Creek on a recommendation for a special occasion meal. While the atmosphere was cozy and pleasant, we felt that the food was extremely overpriced. In addition, since the menu is quite limited and changes daily, it may be difficult to please parties with "special needs" eaters (vegetarians, etc.). more
