It's the only German restaurant I know of in CO Springs, but the food is great. They also have live German music on the weekends. more

Just stopped in last week during a day trip to Colorado Springs. The Edelweiss is tucked away from downtown in a quaint Scandanavian style lodge...the cuisine offers anything from weinerschnitzl to filet mignon. My husband and I love Edelweiss. We found it after a long weekend trip to Manitou Springs and have been back a numerous times since. The German fare is outstanding and we will drive from the Denver area just to enjoy the food, service and entertainment! Their salad assortment plate is AWESOME...along with everything else! more
