My husband hosted my 50th birthday at Mackenzie's because we met there 10 yrs. ago and they were NOT prepared for our party at all. It was the biggest waste of $1,200!!! One of the partners offered us a $50 G/C to appease us....a joke! long time springs resident. more

I had a filet mignon while I was there, and it was delicious! I would definitely recommend Mackenzie's if you are looking for an upscale steakhouse with a wonderful atmosphere and great steaks! more

Went here for an anniversary dinner. It's a romantic, upscale restaurant with melt in your mouth steak and scallops. Would go back every week if I could afford it. more

Got here at opening time (5P) and despite that the food was OUTSTANDING .. .. A classic-looking, dark wooded steakhouse right in downtown .. .. Started with .. .. POTATO-WRAPPED OYSTERS - Oustanding =) FRENCH ONION SOUP - Best ever =) and finshed off with .. .. NEW YORK STRIP - Delicious, even for a neanderthal like me .. ..... more

My husband and I have gone to MacKenzie's several times for special ocassions - birthdays, anniversaries, etc. We are never disappointed with our meals. The artichoke dip is the best in town, and the steaks are always cooked perfectly.
