This place deserves a write-up separate from the Broadmoor complex. Very sophisticated dinning in a beautiful setting. Great bar with amazing wine storage carousel behind the bar. 2 menus one seasonal and one that doesn't change. The food is excellent. Wine selection is outstanding. Service is very good. more

The inside of the place is absolutely stunning. The private room, has a curtain that pulls across it's opening so that you can have either privacy or a view of the restaurant. The food was what you would expect, not as exciting and full of unique textures and strange ingredients: safe. Expensive but worth a fancy occasion. more

The Summit is an absolutely delicious restaurant! The menu includes traditional selections, such as a classic lamb dish, as well as innovative options. I highly recommend the warm, crispy oysters and the cheese plate. Most main course items are priced in the mid-twenties; very reasonable considering that other Broadmoor restaurants can charge much higher. more
