Visited April 2009-This restauant was recommended by the manager of the nearby hotel we were staying at. They have typical steak house pricing (a litle higher than an Outback or Lonestar). I was surprised to see this restaurant so far up on the list. In my mind, it is not nearly on par with places like Mackenzie's, La Petit Maison, or Phantom Canyon. Saltgrass seems more like a rehash of Texas Roadhouse. I lived in the Springs for a while-Saltgrass replaced a Joe's Crab Shack, and the location isn't that great.... more

My husband and I went for a "date night" last night. We called about 45 minutes ahead for seating (recommended!) and when we got there, we were seated right away.
