I really was excited about the Delectable Egg after looking at their website. Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to my expectations. I had the eggs benedict with spinach, avocado, and tomato instead of ham (California benedict). The concept is good, but the execution was off. Mostly, the problem was with the hollandaise sauce- it was only a step above... more
