My husband and I went to Seasons on our anniversary after getting a recommendation from someone else. He loved his meal but I wasn't crazy about mine. Stumbled into Seasons after driving 15 hours from Kansas City. What a joy - local microbrew beers, 33 day aged steak, tender lamb shank and excellent wines. The atmosphere was special but not stuffy. We had sneakers and were soaking from the recent rain. They didn't even blink. more

We're foodies and we live here. This is the best restaurant in Durango, hands down. Chez Grand Mere was great but is now closed. The Cosmo is a close second. Get reservations for Thursday-Sunday. My husband and I ate here for lunch while visiting Durango. Although reservations were probably not necessary for lunch, I made them online through Open Table, where you can view the menu and get info on the restaurant.
