Well an American diner at it's best. The girls were down to earth and service was spot on with endless coffee and chat. We could watch the food being prepared and served and all around were enjoying the first meal of the day the same as ourselves. No complaints and i would welcome the experience again. more

Gary, Chris and the boys keep slinging super-tasty, low-brow grub. Best if you are open minded about decor (worn diner furniture, photos from the '70s), space (about 15 stools at counter plus 5-6 tables), and finish (a bit grungy and rough around the edges, including bathrooms). we had to wait way too long for our food, but i think we surprised them by ordering lunch on a sunday, but when we finally got it, every one of our sandwiches was great. good food, but, like almost anywhere in Durango, don't try to rush thru your meals more

Great, diner-type food. Beware of huge portions! You can easily share your entree with a partner and still take some home! Only had breakfast so can't comment on other meals. The chile on my huevos rancheros was a little too mild for my taste, but this was Colorado, not NM! Crowded but COZY! more
