Fiesta's Cafe in Edwards, CO is by far one of the worst places to go. Besides the very old and tacky atmosphere (with pinatas hanging everywhere and old murals on the walls), the service is terrible. Authentic tex-mex in a friendly atmosphere. We had a bowl of green chile, which was tops along with fish tacos which were first rate and the simple house margarita was excellent. Inexpensive and kid friendly. If I am in the mood for Mexican it would be top of my list in Edwards. more
