In Fort Collins, it's not easy to find a fine dining experience, and this place is as close as you'll come. The food is outstanding, I used to always get the vegetarian special but it no longer changes weekly so I've branched out. The seafood is always fresh and tasty and the lamb melts in your mouth. We celebrated a birthday here and when I told the host, he seated us in the vault. (The restaurant is in a former bank.) The atmosphere was great. It's a nice, quiet restaurant. The food was excellent and the service was wonderful. more

Great food. Bad Value. Expect at minimum $30 per person, but $50 is probably more like it. Ate Lamb (Dinner Special @ $44), was good, but there was not $44 worth of lamb on each plate! Hands down the best restaurant we've been to in Ft. Collins. We have sampled a wide variety of their menu, although the braised short ribs are to die for, as is the seafood mac and cheese! Their menu changes seasonally, but whatever version of the scallops are amazing. Waitstaff are all friendly and knowledeable. more

By far the best dining in the Fort Collins area. This is our go-to for birthday's, anniversaries, family visiting etc. We've never had a bad bite of food there. Wonderful service and truly outstanding food. My husband always gets the ribeye, I've tried the fish, steaks, duck, short ribs, chicken, all are wonderful. more

Some good friends took us here for dinner while we were visiting Fort Collins, and it was everything they said and MORE! Service, food, atmosphere, were all just wonderful.
