Just wanted to update an old review. The food here is just as good if not better than it was when I last reviewed. Whenever asked to meet the girls for a drink we pick this place. So I'm staying at the Hilton in Fort Collins -- first time I've ever been to this town -- and decide to go for a walk. Mulligan's is hard to see from the road and had I been driving I would not have seen it at all. Went in there, had several Guinness (excellent) and ordered the jerk chicken tacos... more

Great food for a pub, try the seared ahi tuna with soba noodles, yum. Also many good appetizers and meals as well. Then try the weekend breakfasts complete with a make-your-bloody mary bar. Consistent for good food and good fun and good service. I believe there is nothing better than a local pub with comfy welcoming feel and great food... more
