Le Rouge: simply put....the food is AMAZING, the ambience is TRANCENDENT (are we in Grand Juction?)...My favorite restaurant in the valley! We had our annual Christmas dinner/party at the Moulin Rouge, (previously the Rondevous) and everyone had a wonderful meal, as always.
