My husband and I were in Colorado last week and as always, we went to the Cheese Importers. We LOVE this place! Such fun to sample the cheese, crackers, and olives in the cooled room. After trying the many samples offered, we decided to get some Goat cheese with honey. We also got some yummy crackers to spread it on.... more

If you are in Longmont GO to the Cheese Importers...seriously! I mean it, just GO! The Cheese "freezer" is full of wonderful cheeses from around the world, plates of samples are out for your private sampling.The very very best thing is the olive bar..OMG...large crocks of wonderful beautiful olives- so good! The carmelized onions are my personal favorite. I go... more
