Great food, friendly service, reasonable prices! Waitress answered all our questions patiently and cheerfully. She recommended items for my vegan husband and offered to modify a few other dishes to accommodate him. Food was tasty, plentiful and not overloaded with salt. Spices were perfect ! A real delight ! more
Lot's of vegetarian offerings. I have never tasted such a delicious Tikka Masala. Now that I've read that the chef grinds his own spices, it makes sense. What a difference! more
After reading about this restaurant in the Boulder Business Weekly, my husband and I agree that they serve world-class food! It is great to see a new restaurant in Longmont that can shake up the dining experience. Each time my husband and I have eaten, we feel like it is a work of art on a plate! more
We truly enjoyed the quality of food served at the Everest. Very distinctive flavors... and selections. The Chicken Mango is so good, and can ask for "more heat" to any entree... Good service and desire to please. Would definately recommend... hear they are considering a Sunday Buffet brunch soon. Will be going again...! more
My wife and I love Indian food and have seen some Indian restaurants come and go in Longmont. We hope that this one sticks around. We've been there a few times now and are really impressed.
