We stopped in Pueblo by accident and searched on the web for a decent place for dinner on a Sunday night. Rosario's appeared, with a note that it had merged with Tony's Chop House. Tony's Chop House and Rosario's Italian food have become one. They share a building and the Tony's side is closed off and they serve Tony's menu at Rosario's Italian Food. Went to Tony's chop house for a friends wedding anniversary, food and service was excellent. At first glance of the prices there was a little sticker shock. But when the food came and you took that first bite, it was well worth it. We will be going there again and again. more
