Ever since Angelo's pizza has relocated to it's new and higher-end digs, I must admit that it has gone downhill in both food quality and service. Admittedly the new place is much snazzier, the crowd appears affluent, and it is enviously perched on the Riverwalk, however it has lost it's charm. Went there (I am a local) for some green chili pizza. Ordered 2 different types (including one green chili pizza). After 20 minutes, was told by the waitress that they were out of green chilis. Why weren't we told right away? It was as if they didn't want us to leave if they told us immediately. After we complained ,... more

My vegi pizza only had 11 small laves of spinache. The lazagna was pittiful as was the eggplant . Over rated! Aparently you can't ask for extra alfrado sauce. It' s "not allowed". more

I've eaten here several times, and I've never been disappointed. I always let my guest pick the pizza and it's always been delicious. I LOVE meat, and they have excellent sausage, just spicy enough, and has a great taste. I would HIGHLY recommend either location, the one downtown on Union or the one on the North side of town off... more

This place is awesome! Best pizza anywhere! You've got to try the pizza with cream sauce (as opposed to tomato sauce) that has the green chilis, chicken, and artichoke. It used to be called the Royal Electric, but has another name now. Everyone who my husband & I have introduced to that particular pizza now get it all the time! more
