Booked reservations for The Butcher's Table with great expectations. Decor is Colorado rustic; service was competent, and Chef Boucher and staff worked professionally from an open kitchen. Wonderful place to spend an eveing with friends, loved ones, or even alone for an incredible meal. A very laid back environment, felt good to walk into a warm restaurant on a cold day after being on the slopes.
