I have had elk several times before, but it has always been a disappointment. I told that to our chatty waiter Daryl who educated me that Cafe Diva's elk came from a part of the elk that was not chewy. He also told us that "Surf and Turf" was their signature dish. Food is marvelous. Do NOT miss the crab bisque- it is always on the menu. Otherwise, their menu changes seasonally.
