After being ignored by the (it has to be said somewhat surly) barmaid for 5-10 minutes, our Maitre D kindly asked us if we were being helped and actually poured our dirnks himself. I had a special appetizer of mussles that was quite good, but in need of salt (or perhaps something acidic, like wine or tomatoes).
