Bighorn Bistro is a great escape from all the pretention of the "fancier" places to eat in Vail. Every time I visit Vail, we eat at LEAST once at the Bighorn Bistro. Sometimes we've been there and the restaurant has been relatively empty, sometimes its so full we can't get a table.
