We went to the Donut Mill today. The food was great, the atmosphere was quaint. The tables could have been kept cleaner and the trash cans definitely needed to be emptied, but this is a good sign that it's a thriving, busy place. Watch out for the cashier, though. I almost had my head bitten off for not following order.... more
I have visited the Donut Mill on numerous occasions. I will say right off that the food is superb, no doubt about that. My favorite item on the menu is the Calache (Spelling ?). This place doesn't look like much from the outside... don't let that fool you. First ate here 11 years ago and it never disappoints (unless you're late). They open early 530-600am I think and close by early afternoon last we were there. Bear claws the size of a bear's claw! Biscuts and gravy are great too. more
