If you drive through Manchester, you have to stop at a Shady Glen restaurant. There are 2 in town and they are like a 50s soda shop serving burgers, hotdogs, fries, really good coleslaw and more. The staff still dresses 50's style, old style booths, soda fountains and the best cheeseburgers. Shady Glen makes this fried cheese they put on... more
