My husband and I tried out the tapas and sangria at Bistro Basque on a very cold Sunday evening in February. Surprisingly, it was filled at 7 p.m., even though we were advised we wouldn't need a reservation. Great Tapas menu and a rich European environment make this one of my favorites. The service is a bit slow, but the personal attention tends to bring balance. more
