As a frequent business traveler, I am often disappointed by restaurants. Happy to say Zinc does New Haven proud. The beef lettuce wraps, and the grilled tuna are done to perfection. I recently had a business meeting at zinc, and ther service was right on, not too intrusive, but there when you needed them. I highly recommend this restaurant. more

Zinc is tops for fine dining in New Haven. The food is organic and non antibiotic which is 5 star in my book. I don't mind paying for quality. There is always something unique and yummy on the menu. Their fish dishes are my favorites, always moist and as delightful to the eye as well as to the taste buds.... more

EXCELLENT! Local, organic foods prepared well...not pretentious food. Atmosphere and wait staff could use some polishing but the drinks make up for it (go for the pear martini). more
