Visited New Haven for the day, went here for breakfast based on these reviews. Not disappointed, in fact, very pleased. Breakfast is breakfast (generally) but this was really good. Their "benedict" dishes are interesting, and the home fries (a specialty) were particularly good and the pancakes were tasty. more

This is my favorite place to have a super fantastic breakfast and listen to jazz music in the background at the same time. Great food and great service. I love meeting friends and family for a good hearty breakfast and this is one of my favorite spots in New Haven. Definitely worth the wait if their is a line! more

The Pantry is one the best breakfast places in New Haven. Whenever I am in town I make sure I stop there. Even if there is a line, it is totally worth the wait! I recommend the California Benedict or the Blueberry Pancakes. The service is commendable and fast. They make my stay in CT 10x better. more
