Friends told us to try Chester's in Groton because the food was good and it was alot bigger than the take-out place in New London. We had the baby back ribs and beef brisket and both were excellent. Lived in New London for about a year, halfway through Chester's opened up. Chester, the owner, is super nice and his expertise with an electric smoker is wonderful. If only he could use wood.
