I always enjoy eating at Ali Baba. Their food is spectacular. I particuarly like the hummus, Israeli salad and kabobs. more

A wonderful escape from chain restaurants and a true comfort to be served/greeted by the people who own/run and cook your food. Consistently good and delicious - everything is fresh and tasty, in a wonderfully relaxed and casual setting. Highly recommended. more

Only Middle-Eastern food in Newark worth eating. Shawrmas and Gyros are always a safe bet. Located in the heart of UD campus, makes it ideal for students. more
If you're looking for an interesting diversion, Ali Baba's the place. Being a veggetarian, Ali Baba's menu is fairly wide open territory for me. I truly enjoy their eggplant salad and the stuffed grape leaves. The atmosphere is also nice and the prices are decent. more
