Being someone that works in a restaurant on Naples Posh 5th Ave I am very understanding of when a server when can a "bad day". But the service at Rodes is flat out horrendous! What a HORRIBLE experience!! from the moment we walked in...2 hostess at the welcoming booth seem more interested in their "conversation" that in finding a table for us. While waiting for a booth by one of the windows, the female server "Patti" told the hostess to give us another table, because the table we requested was "trashed by the kids... more

Once again...we strayed to try another venue's pie. What a mistake!! We ended up returning the other pie....and going back to Rodes!! Can't miss with this place! ps - shrimp here is fantastic, too!! more

waitress was terrible! never bring the entree right after serving the salad. only 2 other tables had customers and waitress was no where to be found. never again. ps. does the manager there ever review these comments and work towards improving their service? more

First off, my salad dressing was not ranch. I didnt notice until I put it on salad. Ate it anyway. Second, my entree came out with a different sauce than ordered. The seafood was NOT fresh...the staff has NO customer service skills. They tried to serve "pressed chicken" which was dried up and burnt to my children. I would NEVER dine at this restaurant again. more
