Kind of hit or miss with the food. If you're in the vicinity, stop in, but it is definitely not worth making a special trip for. The owners were pleasant, service was good, and prices were OK. more

The food was excellent! Small and cozy dining room with romantic atmosphere. The bar was nice and relaxed, kind of what I would think hemmingway would have in his house. No real view, but oh, my was that a good steak! more

Our group "The Crab Crew" were recently at the Island Hotel for the Seafood Festival and all fifteen of us had dinner in the courtyard. It was fantastic, everyone of us really enjoyed the food and the service. My favorite was the grits that had a bacon/seafood cream sauce and the grouper sandwich.
