This is a strip-mall restaurant that thinks it is on "THE STRIP". After the meal, I consider everything on the menu from 50 to 100% over-priced. Great Italian food with a light touch. Everything is delicate and presented well. I love the Lasagna Bolognese & Spaghetti Carbonara. Find coupons in the local papers for 30% off entrees. more

We tried Silvestro's out after it was recommended by our Hotel front desk clerk. The service was good and the meal was very enjoyable. I had the Chicken Marsala, my husband had the Lasagna. Both were very good. If I return to Cocoa Beach, I would definitely come back to Silvestro's! more

We had the luck of eating at Silvestro's on a night the owner had made lasagna with homemade pasta he had made that morning. Hands down the best lasagna I've ever had! It is pricey so we haven't been back yet, but we will. Nice atmosphere and very friendly staff who made our anniversary dinner wonderful. more

My friends and I went here for two of our birthdays. I am from the NYC metropolitan area so i am familiar with high prices for food. They were running half price on everything on the menu. My filet mignon was $36.00 but was $18.00 with the half price. The food was good but not great. My steak was more... more

They have a limo service that is free so they picked us up and we drank our champagne that we preordered when we made the reservation. Our food was terrific. We had a pasta sampler for a starter and we all ordered steaks for the entree. We had some really nice red wine and a delicious tira misu for dessert.... more

The lobster ravioli were good...but they have no idea how to prepare a steak. One of the worst filets I've had in some time. I ordered medium rare and I had trouble cutting it with a steak knife. This was offset, however, by the great, attentive service. more

It is traditional in our family to eat Italian on Christmas Eve. We had eaten at Silvestro's last year and enjoyed it. That last experience, they did offer the 7 fishes feast but they also offered a rather full menu as well since this 7 fishes feast was ridiculously over priced.
