We stayed at the Embassy Suites and ordered in from Amante's. We also ate at the restaurant a couple of times. The pizza was excellent, as were the chicken and veal dishes. Pasta was just okay - seemed the pasta had been pre-cooked and then reheated by plunging into hot water, which is never as good as cooking to order. more
Walking distance from the beach, this Italian restaurant has everything you would want: Food Quality, Service, music at night, and a great atmosphere. I would recommend bringing the entire family or a romantic evening with a loved one. more
The fist few times the food was great, this time the food was okay. The service we recieved was horrible. We had four servers for pizza, they brough the wrong pizza out and then just took it to the right table after leaving it at our table. They told us they brought the wrong pizza . Miami local, love to go to Deerfield for one place only...music, food and the most friendly staff. They have the most enjoyable music on the strip. Go to Amante's all the time. Love to dance with the Amante Staff! They make you feel like you are right at home... There is nothing better than being confortable at a restaurant. In restaurant and delivery service is terrible. Ask for extra sauce and the pasta comes dry. Delivery takes 1 1/2 hours for 1 mile from restaurant. The food isn't bad, but nothing to rave about. Go or order elsewhere! more
I have eaten at Amante's NUMEROUS times and love the atmosphere, service and music by Gino and Vito. SOME of the food is so-so, but everyplace you go has its specialty. Order something that is NOT on the menu- snapper with brocoli rabe. You won't believe it. more
