My girlfriend and I ate at the Baja cafe for the first time this past week . We just moved here from California and eat Mexican all the time. We loved this place, the salsa was some of the best we have ever had. I had the spinach enchiladas and she had the kickass burrito. The food was just great... more

This restaurant is just a great value. The food is very good and the portions are huge. We have been back several times since our first visit and have had a great experience each time. We highly recommend this little local gem more

I think it's funny how easily swayed some people are by some "funky" decor and a "Mexican" theme. I just do not understand all the rave reviews for this place on here. Not to mention that it had been recommended to us by others. For me, enormous women's underwear does not a fun place make. Chips were big, brittle, messy... more

Went in on a Friday evening about 5 o'clock. Atmosphere is funky casual (fun to look at) but the music is about one notch too high. Just went for dinner on 12/06/08. The food was terrible as was the service. The bill was $50, too high for the caliber of food and service. My wife said her Margaruita was good though. I would rather go to Taco Bell. more

Try the Spinach Enchiladas with Chicken- they are the best thing on the menu! The Chicken Chimichanga is great too. I go here about once per week- one of my favorite places to eat. more

Being a transplanted Texan, my expectations for the mexican food were pretty high. I eat out 5 nights a week and for what South Florida has to offer, Baja does a pretty good job. I eat here pretty much every Wednesday when they have the 2for1 tequila going. It isn't tex-mex, but if you stick to the stuff that's good... more
