As a former employee of this restaurant I can confidently say that none of the ingredients are either frozen or canned, as another reviewer suggested. Fresh produce, seafood, etc. is delivered daily, and prepared deliciously. If you go on a Sunday, be sure to have someone in your party order the Osso Bucco. I read the review above and decided to try it. Over priced canned and frozen food. Expect to pay $22 a plate for something you can buy in the frozen food section of your local Publix. more
