The maitre'd at the door was aloof but friendly(he was very busy) we were seated and immediately afterward the service started and didn't stop. I love tramontis, for the food, really good italian food however, i dont know how they find such horrible people to work there. servers treat guests horrible. however, now i just do take out cuz i dont like the service i get. more
Wait staff & host staff are really rude, they act like they are doing you a favor to allow you in their restaurant. Have tried the place 3 times and had 3 strikes. Tramonti serves the best Italian meal I have had in years!!! Great atmosphere, superb service, and incredibly great food! The calamari has a very light breading, and was the most tender I have ever had. The veal parm, potato croquettes, etc. were delightful. Had dinner mid week with seven business associates. Slightly more than half full, we were seated as soon as we finished our drinks at the bar.
