The San Carlos location is across the parking lot from the much more expensive Dairy Queen. While Dairy may have more speciality treats, Twistee Treat is great ice cream at a MUCH LOWER price than their competitor. The husband and wife team that run this store are always very nice and accomodating to my children. more
my hubby and I have raved about the custard since we first stumbled upon this establishment on a business trip 6 years ago! It is our first stop every time we are in town. more
This is the BEST frozen custard - like the other reviewer, i cannot imagine why anyone woul go to DQ when this place is next door! I just wish it was in Bonita so i didn't have to drive 25 miles! Honestly, it's so creamy and delicious I just cannot express how good it is. more
I wasn't sure where to post this. Somehow, "Restaurants" just didn't seem right. If you are going to Ft. Myers or Naples, I HIGHLY recommend that you try some frozen custard at a great little stand called Twisty Treat.
