We've been to Ft. Myers Beach every year for the past 10 years. Our first stop is always Wahoo Willie's. They have the best grouper sandwiches and those fantastic fried portabello mushrooms. I agree, the fried clams are great. It may be old and worn but we love the atmosphere. more

We went because it was near our condo and they advertised cheap beer, but I really enjoyed eating outside with the sound of the surf crashing on the beach. Wahoo Willies has the best food in the Times Square restaurant strip on Ft. Myers Beach. The calamari is delicious and FRESH!!! The ribs fall right off the bone.
