Opa is one of my favorite stops in South Beach every year!!!! I always go after partying at Nikki Beach! The service was pretty decent, our waiter was nice, and I remembered him from the year before. We went in on a Friday night at 8 pm. It was so loud and so dirty, we left. When we were waiting for our car, a large rat dashed in front of us from the outdoor dining area. more

The restaurant has music playing so loud that you cannot have any conversation! I can understand blasting the music at 9:00 pm but at 7:00 pm come on! The food is very tasty but you can't enjoy it because of the music being unbelievably loud. Mercy more

I went there with 2 of my friends on a saturday evening, its a lovely location next to water, with a good view. Valet parking is 5$, which is not bad. We sat outside because inside was so loud and wild! Though I would have enjoyed sitting inside too, as it had great music with bellydancers with everyone on top... more

The Ft. Lauderdale Taverna Opa does not represent the name the way it should! The place was complelety dead, the food took forever, and when we complained to the manager they could have cared less that it took 1 hour to recieve a salad! Dont bother...spend your money at a different one! more
