We frequent Kirby's on a monthly basis and I can see great improvements in waitstaff. We have never had a problem with the food. Everthing is fresh and tasty. The issue was always incompetent waitresses. We went there yesterday and in addition to our food being delicious we had a waitress who was attentive and efficient. more
Waited close to 20 minutes to get any sort of a hello from a waitress. Finally ordered after 30 minutes. Food not out an hour since our arrival. Staff unattentive and no aplologies offered.
