Doc's motto is "come hungry" which is appropriate because some of the fabulous dishes will leave you feeling totally stuffed!I tried the GBS (Great Breakfast Skillet) and was full all day. We had breakfast 3 days in a row at Doc's. The food is excellent and the service can't be beat. There were 80 people in the restaurant and it took 4 minutes to get served from when our order was taken. The prices are great and if you go on the weekend say Hi to Doc. more

Doc's Diner was our best breakfast in Key Largo. I had Hashlet--egg omelet with crispy corned beef hash and crispy onions-american cheese----recommended by Doc himself. His dau. Ok, it may boost your cholesterol, but it is worth it! The food is good ol' favorites cooked like only a true southerner can do. The fried chicken sandwich is out of this world. We moved to Key Largo for the summer and discovered Doc's after an eye doctor appointment next door. The food is delicious! The Cuban sandwich is the best in the Keys!
