I will agree that this is a Fabulous BREAKFAST place, however, it is not the BEST restaurant in the upper keys!!!! When I think of "restaurants," I consider the whole package. And this DINER does not fit that image. It IS great, but not the #! RESTAURANT in Key Largo!!!! more
