Got a bad smelling piece of fried fish which I did not eat (the other two pieces were fine). This is a very good working class neighborhood eatery. However, avoid the bland dinner salad of mostly iceberg lettuce and opt instead for the rice and beans or the fries and beans. more

We finally made it to El Siboney the last night we were in town. And sure glad we did. The food was authentic, service was great and prices were very reasonable, something you dont find in Key West. more

There is absolutely nothing flashy about El Siboney... just simple, fresh, delicious food served hot, fast, and by friendly servers. i go to this restuarant regularly and never get tired of it! more

We stopped here after the beach for lunch and enjoyed every bite! I had the stuffed shrimp, which was ok, i should of got a more authentic cuban dish but i now know that for next time! The roast pork, black beans and yellow rice, and plaintains were incredible. The cost is nice to the pocketbook. Two ate for $25 with drinks. It was a bit loud in the dining rooms because several large parties were talking loud. You've got to eat here if you are in Key West. more

Simply put; I will share with you that the food is authentic. Memories of the Spanish Park Restuarant, the Casa Blanca, The Tropicana, Las Novadades(spelled wrong, I know), The Valencia Gardens, The Silver Ring, and so many more popped into my mind with every fork and spoonful. In March'09 we enjoyed are meal and the homey atmosphere. Good food, hot, and good service. Price reasonable, maybe the lowest priced dinner we had. more

We had lunch here. I had the Chicken Fricasse lunch special for $7.95. This included yellow rice, black beans, potatoes, and sweet plantains. My husband had a huge Cuban sandwich. We also shared a large carafe of homemade sangria. Our entire meal including tip was about $30. So much food-- no room for dessert :) more
