Cafe de France (now Gulf Bistro) is a genuine French bistro transplanted to the beach. Dining here is always a highlight of our vacation - we look forward each year to the lamb chops, the chicken dijon, and anything else that Frederic serves. Always a treat. Très magnifique! more
What nice place for lunch or dinner. We vacationed in the area for a week, had both lunch and dinner there and the food was EXCELLENT. The prices are reasonable and the service was top notch. A "must" stop for anyone looking for a top notch meal. more
It is without a delight to eat here...Casual Atmosphere but Great Food...I am a fellow Culinary Graduate...I am not easy to please dining out...Cafe De France is always a hit!!! more
We have been in Madeira Beach for 5 days and we tried a lot of the restaurants reviewed on TripAdvisor. Gulf Bistro (formerly Cafe De France) is by far the best! Now called Gulf Bistro, this nonpretentious but comfortable restaurant serves very good French cuisine. We took the reasonabaly priced table d'hotel 4 course meal. This place has been around a while. I continue to be satisfied each time I visit. more
A little slow service but excellent food. Chef cooked for Fransua Mitteran and was a personal chef of one of the African leaders. For sure best bet around Madeira Beach more
Cafe de France has the best food I have ever tasted; the chef is a true artist! This restaurant is an absolute MUST! more
