We ate here in May of 2009 sorry for the delayed review. While I agree with other reviews that this place is nothing special, I must also say it was pretty good. We had a breakfast at Hoots. It was typical breakfast fare, nothing special. The eggs benedict with crab was too bready. The home fries that came with an egg dish were just diced potatos with no seasoning. Coffee was weak. There are better breakfast places (Nene's) on the island. more

I love the home like atmosphere and made breads at Hoots! They prepare a great breakfast and lunch - Americana style. We just spent a week on Marco Island and ate breakfast at Hoot's three times. They have fantastic homemade bread that the use for their toast and French toast (wow).
