As a local I've spent a good amount of time at Pisces Rising ... always on the patio ... it's got the best location in town and a nice patio that isn't sprawling, has enough shade and a nice (although not unobstructed) view of the lake. The view was good and the food was average. The waiter was rude and surley, so I only left him a $4.00 tip on a $40.13 bill. When my Visa bill came, I found that the "4" had been changed to a "9" thus giving him a $9.00 tip. more
