Bella Maria Cafe is probably the only true Tapas Restaurants in naples and if you have had the luxury of going to Spain to experience a typical Tapas dish then this might be the place to go and try the delacious empanadas and the paella. The home made pastrys and the sangria are wonderful. more

I was very disappointed to learn that this restaurant listens to the customer's accent first...then proceeds to add on the tip!!! I had suggested Bella Maria to some German friends...they were shocked that the bill had only a total on it...no break down of tax or tip..they thought our tax rate was 20% or more!!!! Maybe this place had a little bit of a rough start, but in my opinion they have worked out the kinks. The sangria is the best around. The atmosphere is just right. Food is great! If you want to try something different, I highly reccomend the octopus....yummy! more

I will start with the good, a sidewalk setting with outdoor tables. The rest goes downhill from there! The staff was rude. The food was bland with small portions. The mozzarella sandwich was white toast with Publix (grocery store)cheese, lettuce and tomato AND it made her violently ill for the next few days. Never again & eat at your own... more
