This place is truly excellent. I can't believe I never noticed it before. Mind you , I always drive by it, exiting Heustons Parking. The food was VERY well prepared. This was our first time to this highly recommended restaurant. We heard about this local spot through our concierge who told us this is a must try. Rack of lamb is my favorite, I no longer order it any where else.. We enjoy the whole experience. Has come to be one of our favorite restaurant. As well the freinds we have brought. more

We were there the other to night to again celebrate yet another special occation, food ausome as usual, the peppercorn file mignon was oustanding, & the Tuna Piizza is a must try!!! we can not wait our next visit. more

they have a chocolate lava cake (i can't remember the exact name of it...it wasn't called a lava cake) that is the absolute, hands down best dessert i've ever had in my life! it was that semi/almost bittersweet chocolate cake that's still gooey in the middle. Awesome!! I also had the filet which was excellent too. Good service, comfortable atmosphere. more

Cafe Maxx has a superb local reputation so we were disappointed with our visit & for the same reasons as other posters. We all seem to have had the same lousy waitress. As one other poster said: MIA.
