Absolutely the worst chicken wings i have ever had - literally floating in grease - had to drain them to make them edible. Second bottle of beer wasn't cold, and i only like my beer good and cold. Very nice staff, but the view is not that great - i think Crabby bill's is better! more
If you want to get dinner and aren't into the "nightlife" stay downstairs. The bar upstairs usually has some sort of music-it's tough to get a seat at times. The view is great. more
We were in St. Pete last weekend for an overnight stay and asked a hotel employee for a suggestion on where to eat. She suggested Philthy Phil's and I'm glad she did. The atmosphere was great, the food was delicious and the service was perfect! more

We ate there twice during the 9 days that we were in SPB the food and the prices are both good they have a lunch time special which was eight pieces of boneless fried chicken and a soft drink for $5.99 I could not finish it. more
The wings are awesome!! Be sure to get the danger sauce to go with them unless you can't handle it. Also had there fried Clams which were awesome also. The portions are large and the staff is very friendly. more
A little off the beaten path, but worth the hunt. Nothing fancy but the Food was excellent quality and fresh seafood. Appetizers very good. Great happy hour prices on the drinks. Good sea views. Good band in evenings on the deck. Lots of local folks, as well as a few tourists, getting great value. more
