Our family had the same experience with the woman running Scoops. Other family members raved about it, but we avoid it now. We always go to the Candy Kitchen on Maderia Beach. Two waffle cones, one bowl, two piece of fudge, and a package of bubble gum, less than $13! And they actually welcome everyone who comes through the door! more

Stopped in after a visit to the Sloppy Pelican. Was worth every second. They claim to have 60 flavors and probably do as i didn't count them all. We had ice cream almost every night from here. The lady that works the counter is a bit gruff, but the ice cream is super good. A wonderful place to get Ice Cream for you and your family. We went there 3 out of 4 days we were in Saint Pete Beach. It is a little pricey but somemany choice to choose from and a qaulity product more
Mickey and Martin are such wonderful people they make you feel so welcome. Our family goes there every night after dinner. my Grandchildren are excellant all day so they can go to Scoops. The ice cream is really great! more
