We eat there all the time, great food, great prices and a staff you can't help but love. We love to go early and then head out to Ft. DeSoto. It is a homey, eclectic atmosphere, nothing fancy but comfortable, like eating with friends. Not a snooty plastic chain restaurant. A landmark. more
To me, Skyway Jacks is one of those iconic restarurants that has a specific kitchy feel to it. I was excited to see a Skyway Jack's opened in northern St. Pete on 4th Street. After this morning's visit, I must say that throwing a few pigs on a shelf and putting a rooster by the register does not a Skyway... more
Local landmark. Cheap prices and decent food. I have only been once, but I was unimpressed. I know others that share my opinion. Typical diner with large menu and 'ok' food. more
If you are in the mood to be bad and indulge, by all means hit up Skyway Jacks...but remember cash only! more
Grits n eggs, ham n hashbrowns, coffee and a newspaper. It's a sobering place with cheap prices and no frills, but fair food. Gotta have the SOS or biscuits and gravy! more
A great, greasy spoon that is just classic for breakfast. Like the old "fishing" location more, but just an original. more
